  • Offshore focal point for CMMS amendments and raises amendments as required; suggest improvements to PM contents and scheduling.
  • Provide support to the day to day Facility operations for planning activities to achieve the business objectives.
  • Plan medium and long term maintenance activities across Armada Olombendo, ensuring synergies and onshore resources support are met.
  • Assist in major shutdowns by ensuring work packs are in place for major equipment and by ensuring that materials and parts for the major equipment are available by reflecting on the plan.
  • Ensure all departments are aware of the status of their respective SCE PM schedule and complete repair assessment forms and deferrals under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent. Close out SCE jobs for all department
  • Evaluate and prepare report on daily maintenance work completed using BASSnet to track completed works, non-conformance, noncompliance, pending Shutdown activities, remaining materials in order, backlogs etc. on a daily basis
  • Issues BASSnet generated job lists to departments with reference to Backlog status and SCE criticality.
  • Plan the preparation of machinery or equipment for survey on Class and flag survey requirements.
  • Ensure that he has knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit system, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions, and will ensure that the facilities maintenance staffs are aware of and understand them.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records/documentations, which shall be readily retrievable, and conform to the Compliance Assurance Management System (CAMS) and ensure that all manuals and drawings are kept up to date.
  • Assist in the planning of dry-dockings, major repairs, modifications and surveys and will keep the Facility Operations KL Office fully informed of facility status and all notifiable occurrences.
  • Ensure accurate collection and analysis of data, for historical purposes to pinpoint trends in equipment performance requiring revised scheduling or engineering design change.
  • Responsible for checking all third party equipment, certificates of conformity including maintenance records and histories to ensure that they comply with certificate of fitness and for confirming maintenance and fitness for purpose of third party hand tools.
  • Responsible for on-board use and control of the computerized planned maintenance system and the issuing of reports from this system.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by Marine/ Maintenance/ Production Superintendent or OIM”
