Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Logistics;
  • 4-5 year’s experience;

  • Military experience (an additional);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Roles & Responsibilities of ISM Supervisor:
  • Merchandiser Management ;
  • Promoter Management;
  • Training Plan and assisting Trainer ;
  • In store Brand Management ;
  • In store POP matrix and management ;
  • Shop visit management and planning ;
  • Channel management ;
  • Improve Merchandiser selling skills ;
  • Merchandiser evaluation and incentive scheme management ;
  • Monthly sell out channel monitoring ;
  • Competitor Activities ;
  • PII Data Acquisition ;
  • Thinq Zone Management ;
  • Participation in the Events ;
  • Reporting the Branding Status ( Instore & Outdoor).
