Robert Walters is recruiting a Corporate Commercial Lawyer, to be based in Negola, Angola.
Duties
- Provide initial check on potential transactions and legal issues
- Assist team members with execution and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate documentation and facilitate government approval in Angola
- Motivate team to promote a high performing environment
Requisites
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Experience dealing with developed and developing markets
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
- Knowledge of Commodities trading and compliance
