Description: Job Summary
Responsible in the implementation and maintenance of the SAP ERP system and cross business application for Azule organization. Managing IT projects efficiently to comply with defined go-live dates and service level agreements where defined. This includes ensuring the system is operating effectively and efficiently, identifying, and resolving system issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize system performance. The SAP Specialist will also provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Project/Service Management:
- Leads and manages the SAP S/4 HANA implementation project for Azule organization;
- Develop and implement SAP ERP system enhancements and upgrades;
- Supports the SAP Coordinator in identifying specific features of the system, necessary to improve and cover all business needs;
- Manages and maintain the SAP ERP system to ensure system stability and performance;
- Manages SAP ERP data migration;
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize system functionality and performance;
- Provide support to all departments end-users in the use of the system, assisting them during the daily use of SAP and providing on-the-job training;
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials;
- Supports the SAP Coordinator in the integrated management of the systems, ensuring the collection and validation of the data at the end of the periods;
- Ensures, in compliance with rules and regulations, the review and evolution of processes, supporting departments in issuing the relevant procedures for the target business departments (Finance & Control, Procurement, Maintenance, HR);
- Prepares the functional specs and support the business depts. in the User Acceptance Test for any system modification either through AM or dedicated project.
Development:
- Manages ERP system and cross business applications projects;
- Leads the system integrator during both implementation and service management;
- Interacts with all functions to gather their needs and meet them in the best possible way;
- Follow up the development of new ERP features;
Process efficiency:
- Manages the implementation and evolution of different ERP modules, end-user needs and processes;
- Maintains and promotes the system continuous improvement;
